Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack the Items
Carefully place the jewelry in its original Sisi Copenhagen box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package at the nearest designated drop-off point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
